DIGIFABS Summer School & Digital Challenge

DIGIFABS is an EU-funded initiative, with partners from both education and industry, who are passionate about supporting SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector as they adapt to digital transformation.
The DIGIFABS Summer School + Digital Challenge is an international, career-building opportunity for 3rd-4th-year bachelor’s and master’s students studying business, engineering, or food and nutrition.
We’re looking for similar motivated, ambitious, creative, and sustainability-minded students to join this year’s program, which kicks off in late August.
DIGIFABS will host a fully funded International Summer School for students planning to lead the future of Digital Innovation in the food and Beverage Sector.
This three-stage programme includes an online preschool to prepare for the week-long in-person sessions at the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, followed by the SME Goes Digital Challenge where you can showcase your solutions in your own region.

- Step One - Online Pre-School (Virtual): 25th - 29th August
- Step Two - Summer School at Slovak University of Agriculture, Nitra: 3rd - 10th September
- Step Three - SME Goes Digital Challenge (in your region): Oct 2025 - Jan 2026
